I got a car! FINALLY!!! Let me introduce you to Franklin, a 1994 Honda Civic that I bought from my dad's mechanic for $2000. Not bad, right? That's $3000 less than I had budgeted for a car, so now I can go on a cruise around the world like I always wanted. Joke.I named Franklin off my subway stop in Brooklyn. Crown Heights represent! Anyway, it's Franklin from here on out for me, goodbye monthly MTA pass!
Off to LA now to party it up with Sara! YAH!!! Going to a Oishii Eat's wedding party and also hanging out with the brother. Can't wait! I hope to stop off at Lily's Taqueria for tacos in Santa Barbara, and Harris Ranch for a burger on the way back. Yes my life revolves around food. Obviously.
Down side of this vehicle is that the stereo is totally broken- hopefully I can get my iPod working through radio frequency- we'll see how that goes.
This is going to be real bonding time for me and Franklin. Hopefully, it will be a smooth ride.
